Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase and feel fully supported in your experience.
If your item isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help.


 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
  • To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Items returned that show signs of use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Digital products, downloads, and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

 

2. How to Start a Return

All return requests must begin by emailing our team at admin@katrinadstewart.com.

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if applicable, such as for damaged or defective items)

Once your request is received, we will review it and respond within 2 business days with the return mailing address and next steps.

⚠️ Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Packages sent without prior approval cannot be processed.


 

3. Return Shipping

  • Unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.

 

4. Refunds and Processing

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email admin@katrinadstewart.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund — including return shipping if needed.


 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads or printable materials
  • Gift cards
  • Signed books
  • Personalized or custom orders
